11-Fakes.jpgLot # 11178 viewsPaul Bulgerin - Three FAKE Roman Coins from my "Black Cabinet". These are coins I bought on eBay that turned out to be fakes. The Julia Mamaea sestertius was clearly listed as a copy (in Spanish) and I didn't pick up on it until the auction ended and couldn't, in good conscience, send it back since it was my goof. The Trajan denarius had me fooled . . . I should have looked more closely. The Maximianus follis is a good fake and I didn't realize it until I received it. I emailed the seller who refunded my money and let me keep the coin. Open $10.00. Pay by PayPal, cash or personal check. PayPal address: bulgerin@sbcglobal.net - These are heavier coins so they'll be shipped in a padded mailer for $3.00 to the US and $4.50 elsewhere.Paul Bulgerin

04-1271995574-28527-0.jpgLot # 4145 viewsNick - $20.00 open and $5.00 S&H - nicholasparks@att.net - Need a one pound copper ingot for your collection?? O.K. I don't really know why anyone would collect copper but hey every time I turn around I hear of another copper theft at a church, or of 4.2 miles of phone wires pulled right off the poles, or of the condenser coils stolen from a old folks home's A/C unit, or all the wiring stripped out of a school building. So in order to curb these strange cravings I'm offering this one pound, 999.9 pure copper ingot. Low open? High open? fair open? I have no idea. Let me know. menikko
